Most of our classes run on a weekly basis. We believe that you will see the most benefit from attending a weekly class. It also means we get to know our students and can develop your practice week by week. We do however recognise, that this isn’t always possible. We therefore offer a variety of options for attendance to suit your schedule and budget. For more information on costs please take a look at our class costs.
Our weekly classes are complimented by a small number of specialist courses, designed to help you get more from your practice, either as a complete beginner to yoga or to explore another aspect of yoga. The schedule below also includes upcoming short courses and workshops.
Before booking your class please ensure that you have completed our online registration process. Our Friday evening classes run on a monthly basis with a break in July & August. Dates for 2018 are Friday 22nd June, 14th September, 5th October, 9th November & 7th December.
Our classes do not run on Bank Holiday Mondays. Please remember to check the validity of your class pass and book an alternative class if your final class/week falls on a bank holiday week.
