Our studio is on Broad Street in Spalding, and is easily accessible from Boston, Holbeach, Crowland, Bourne, The Deepings and the surrounding villages.
Coming from Pinchbeck Road, continue past Taylor’s garage on the right. At the traffic lights at the junction with Westlode Street and New Road turn right. Take the first left on to Broad Street. The Constitutional Club is approximately 200m along on the left hand side.
Coming from the A16 Bypass or Holbeach Road, proceed over the twin bridges to take the Albion Street exit. At the junction with Double Street and Westlode Street turn right and continue to the traffic lights passing Homebase on the left. Cross the lights and take the first left on to Broad Street. The Constitutional Club is approximately 200m along on the left hand side.
Coming from London Road, go straight on at the traffic lights at High Bridge (the town to your left). Continue down Double Street, following the road around on to Westlode Street. Continue to the traffic lights passing Homebase on the left. Cross the lights and take the first left on to Broad Street. The Constitutional Club is approximately 200m along on the left hand side.
Coming from Winsover Road, continue over the railway crossing at the top of Park Road and proceed through the traffic lights at the top of St Thomas’ Road. At the next set of lights turn left, and take the first right on to Swan Street. Go through the traffic lights and follow the road that runs behind Marks & Spencer, joining New Road. Turn right on to Broad Street. The Constitutional Club is approximately 200m along on the left hand side.
When approaching the Constitutional Club from Broad Street, go through the front entrance and walk up the path towards the main building. Before entering the club, turn left across a gravel path in front of the house. Go through a gate marked ‘private garden’ (mind the step). The entrance to the studio is through the second door on the right hand side.
There is on street parking on Broad Street. During the day parking is limited to one hour between 8am and 6pm. After 6pm there are no restrictions. During the day it is possible to park for two hours on New Road outside The Black Swan, The Ivy Wall, The Punchbowl and Turners Fish Restaurant.
If you wish to park for longer there is a pay and display car park on Herring Lane. This can be accessed at the end of Broad Street just after the Constitutional Club, or when approaching from London Road by turning left on Double Street just after The Poacher public house. The car park is Pay & Display from 8am to 8pm, and costs up to £1.30 for four hours.
Alternatively do your bit for the environment by cycling or walking to the studio. It’s a great way to prepare for a class and to spend a little time connecting with nature at anytime of the year.
There is a central bus station in Spalding on Winfrey Avenue which is 3-5 minutes walk of the studio. Please see the links to the Traveline East Midlands website where timetables are available for the latest information.
