Class Schedule

Most of our classes are booked as four week blocks. We do this as we believe you will see the most benefit from attending a regular class. It also means we get to know our students and can develop your practice week by week. These classes must be booked in advance as places in each class are limited.

We recognise that this doesn’t work for everyone, so there is the option to drop in to our weekly classes. Where that’s the case, there will be limited drop in spaces available, as these classes will take some pre-booked students. Drop in is not possible for our pre-booked Yoga Basics, Stress, Anxiety & Depression and Meditation Courses.

Missed the start of a class block? New students can join any week and pay the balance of the block of weeks.

* Please note our classes do not run on Bank Holiday Mondays, but continue as usual the following week.

* The Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is chanted each month for the relief of suffering and the wellbeing of all. It is free and can be attended by anyone. More details can be found on the MMJ Chanting page. If you wish to attend the meditation session afterwards we ask that you make a small donation to our chosen charity.
