Padma Yoga is a small and friendly yoga studio based in the heart of Spalding. A dedicated yoga space, our studio is light and airy, with warm wooden floors and beautiful natural light. The studio is filled with positive energy generated from like minded yogis sharing the benefits of this fabulous practice.

At the studio we will provide the perfect environment for you to develop a connection with yoga and to deepen your practice as you begin to understand how yoga will work for you. Qualified teachers will guide you through, taking care to help you get the most from your practice on and off the yoga mat.

Established since 2005, Padma Yoga is expanding its classes and workshops to make yoga more accessible for you. If you are interested in learning more about yoga please spend some time browsing our website, drop us an email or pick up the phone.  We will be delighted to hear from you!

  • Connecting with the Breath

On Saturday 26th July our regular Saturday Sadhana series class will focus on developing breath awareness through asana, pranayama and short meditation practices.

This is great way for new and experienced students to re-connect with the breath and it's use in yoga.
